Silverwing9623: some people are afraid they have no thoughts, that everything they think is just a perversion of what they're told to think by everything they draw in with their eyes and ears each day, so they'd rather not think in fear of losing whatever sense of individuality they think they have by being a part of the whole and never branching off

Silverwing9623: true, but because of the way our brains have evolved we have become a species where each person has the capacity to be unlike any other. Yes there of course will be traces of us all in most people, but individuality is about YOU defining what YOU are, not by someone telling you "you dress this way and listen to this and you'll be someone special"
